The challenge
We have been dealing with Pilling Motor Group for well in excess of 10 years so have a good working knowledge of the customer’s objectives and leaflets are an integral part of their dealer marketing programme.
We were asked to produce an A4 new cars sale event that targeted particular new vehicles with a strong offer and call to action. It was then sent to both their existing customer database as well as data we bought in targeting other similar car owners which we de-duplicated against their current database. We also bought data of car owners with competitive vehicle makes.
Initially this marketing piece was run by their Mazda franchise and aimed at specific new Mazda models. It proved so successful that the exact same template was also amended to run across both their Volvo and Citroen franchises over the following 3 weeks.
